Ken Meier (Fear of Music) played a set with us last June. It was an opening set, but it shouldn’t have been an opening set – he should have been headlining. Listen to it, and you’ll see what I mean… And just as we have learned to move his set time later into the night, you should have learned to acquire motorcycle racing boots so that we don’t send people to the hospital again for sprained ankles on the dancefloor. Yes, this man sends people to the hospital. No, not the techno hospital.

Dubbel Dutch [Marc Glasser] has been on our radar since late 2008, when we first heard and fell in love with his remix of Loco Dice’s Pimp Jackson is Talkin’ Now and Darling Farah’s Watching. His mix of tech house, grime, and minimal influences has created an inimitable sound in the midst of all the wobbly-bass, fidget house music that has emerged over the past two years.
